Flips
Items you can buy low and sell higher right now. The Hardcore GE takes no tax. Profit is for one 4-hour buy limit (or half of what the GE can take in 4 hours, if less). The ~ figure is what similar flips really made; "up to" assumes every offer fills.
Fill time: typical wait for a new offer to start filling, buy / sell. Confidence: how much trading backs the row. 24h · 6h: where the prices come from: 24 hours of trades, or the last 6 hours when both sides traded often enough. Prices never go past the best open bid or ask.
Shop Runs
Buy from NPC shops, hop worlds to refill the stock, sell on the Hardcore GE.
How it's worked out: a shop's price rises with every item you buy, so a visit stops while it still pays. Per hour assumes 20 s a hop, a 60 s bank trip per inventory of items that don't stack, and selling at most half of what the GE trades. Slow sell: when the GE holds a run back, what an hour of everything the shop gives makes if you list it at full price and wait, with how long the Hardcore GE takes to buy it. Shops, prices and stock from the OSRS Wiki; quest and area requirements aren't checked.
Market gaps
Items Hardcore players want more of than anyone sells, and the best way to supply them.
How it's worked out: an item is a gap when its open buy offers clearly outnumber its sell offers, at least 100 are wanted, patient sellers get filled and the best bid is real (a price far off the usual one doesn't count). Each way to supply it (a monster drop, a pickpocket, a shop, skilling or a Money Making guide; nothing in the Wilderness; a monster or pickpocket marked estimate has its rate estimated, as in the Monster loot calculator; a processing (estimate) is a recipe from the OSRS Wiki at an estimated rate) is valued at the best bid and capped at half of what the GE can take an hour. Slow sell: what the method makes if you list everything at full price and wait for the Hardcore GE to buy it, with how long that takes. Closes fast: the method alone would take over 30% of the item's market, so a few players doing it fill the gap. Steady: under 10%, with a shop or alch price under it.
Money Making
The OSRS Wiki's money making guides, priced on the Hardcore GE right now.
How it's worked out: each guide's items per hour from the wiki, bought at what buyers pay and sold at what sellers get on the Hardcore GE (it takes no tax; a rarely sold item is pulled toward what a seller would get now, no more than the best bid, and a rarely bought one costs the best ask when that is higher). Loot is alched where that pays: all of it when High Alchemy beats selling, and what the GE can't take only when alching pays at least 80% of selling it (anything worth more is sold, however long that takes); a cast takes 3 seconds, so the guide slows for the time casting takes. A fee paid each time you go in isn't taken off every hour. The Hardcore GE is small: a guide that buys on the GE slows down to half of what the GE can take of an item; one that buys nothing (drops, gathering) keeps going, but only what the GE can take of its loot in an hour is counted (the rest shows as High potential), with how long a full hour of it needs to sell shown apart ("to sell"). Slow sell: what the hour makes if you list every output at full price and leave it on the GE until it sells, at a pace held back only by what you buy and by alching, with how long the Hardcore GE takes to buy one hour of it (shown when it is at least 10% more). What the GE can take is what plugin users report, scaled up for the players without the plugin, or how fast one patient offer fills, whichever is more. Levels and quests are the wiki's required ones (check the guide for the rest; quests aren't checked against your character); a method whose main items haven't traded on Hardcore yet isn't listed.
