Terms of service

Hardcore World Tool Kit: the RuneLite plugin, this website and Hardcore Market Tools. Last updated 2026-11-07.

By using the website, logging in or buying a plan you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. How your data is handled is in the privacy notice.

This is a fan-made community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jagex or RuneLite. Old School RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd.

1. Who runs it

The service is run by Novith. Contact: Discord @Novith.

2. What you get

The plugin and the free market pages stay free. Paying never changes what the plugin uploads or what other players can see about you.

3. The data is an estimate

Prices, flips, signals, movers, swap rates, alerts and the market brief are worked out from trades that players of the plugin chose to share. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and the market brief is partly written by an AI model and can contain mistakes. Nothing here is advice. You decide what to buy and sell in the game, and losses of in-game items or coins are your own.

4. Your account

5. Plans, payment and refunds

6. Fair use

Don't:

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close a paid account for a serious breach, there is no refund; otherwise we refund the unused part.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service up, but it is run by one person and offered as is. It can be slow, down for maintenance or change without notice. A short outage is not a reason for a refund; a long one we will make right.

8. If the service shuts down

We will say so on the website at least 30 days before. Pro monthly stops renewing. Pro forever purchases made in the 12 months before the shutdown are refunded in part, for the months not used out of 12.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is, without any promise that it is accurate, complete or fit for a purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for in-game losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters for paying users, we will say so on the website before it applies; if you don't agree you can cancel and get a refund of the unused part.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
